I didn't know Alan Lee works in a R D sketchbook! I'll have to try one too, they're so expensive though! I'm looking forward to seeing the new sketches.
Hi Eric yes Alan Lee works in DR sketch books (he actually told me AND I was lucky enough to see some of them - I take the chance to say that now that this post is down the page; I know some people say that a lot about many artists but, truly, honestly, he is one of the kindest people I ever got the chance to meet, some kind of generous, quiet philosopher).

It's well worth the expense because something symbolic like this can be a huge inspiration......as long as you aren't intimidated by it.
